Return & Refund Policy

At LEEYHOME, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.

We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we are here to assist you with the process.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@leeyhome.com.

We will usually respond to your return request within 2 working days.

Once your return request has been authorized you can return items according to the information provided in the email.

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

Note:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost of intact items you return.

Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.


EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
Products that have been installed or assembled
Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
Light bulbs
Large quantities of the same product (10 or more)
Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products, we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need, including swatches, finish samples etc.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail, we will take care of damaged and wrong products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 days and the refund will be automatically refunded to you according to your payment method account.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
